Sleep deprivation isn’t forever, One Sueñito at a Time.Solo Sleepy Bee can help.
mom of two wonderful kids (4 and 2), and a passionate sleep coach.
Like many first-time moms, I thought I was fully prepared—after all the books, videos, and advice, I felt confident going into motherhood. But nothing quite prepared me for the reality of sleep regressions, growth spurts, and just how unpredictable baby sleep could be.
When my firstborn hit the 4-to-6-month sleep regression, everything changed. He was sleeping in a crib right next to my bed, and my husband and I were taking turns holding in his pacifier for hours. Every time it fell out, he’d start screaming. We tried offering milk, thinking he must be hungry—but he wasn’t. Rocking didn’t help either. He was overtired and couldn’t settle. We were exhausted, confused, and desperate for answers.

What Families Are Saying
I can’t thank Patricia enough for all the support she gave me during sleep coaching and breast feeding my 15-month-old.
Before working with her, my baby was waking up every hour to breastfeed, and I was completely exhausted. It felt impossible to imagine things getting better, but Patricia was there for me every step of the way.

We started working with Patricia when my baby was 4 months old, and it was truly life-changing for our whole family.
She created a clear, gentle, and realistic sleep plan that respected both my baby’s needs and my parenting style. Everything was broken down into manageable steps, which made it so much easier to follow and stick with.

I assist families with babies and young children—from infancy through toddler-hood—who are experiencing sleep challenges like frequent night wakings, short naps or bedtime battles. My approach is gentle, responsive and tailored to your child’s stage of development.
It means we prioritise your child’s emotional safety, your values as a parent, and real-life rhythms over rigid schedules or harsh “sleep training.” Together we craft a plan that honours your family’s style and supports your child in learning the skill of self-settling with kindness and consistency.
Absolutely. Your feeding choices and sleep arrangements matter, and they’re respected here. The plan we build will integrate your preferences—whether you’re nursing on demand, sharing a room or transitioning out of co-sleeping—so that better sleep aligns with how you parent.
While every child and every family is unique, many families begin noticing positive shifts within a week or two of consistent implementation—think smoother bedtimes, longer nap stretches, fewer wakings. My role is to support you through each step, celebrate the wins, and adjust gently as needed.
These interruptions are part of life, and your plan will be built with flexibility in mind. When disruptions like travel, illness, teething or developmental leaps occur, we adapt rather than restart. My support stays with you so you can navigate the pause and regain rhythm without feeling like progress is lost.
Not at all. I begin by listening to your full sleep-story, where you are now and what you hope for. My approach is collaborative—not critical. You’re the expert on your child and your home; my job is to guide, empower and support you in creating restful nights for everyone.
You’ll receive a detailed intake to map your child’s sleep history and family rhythm, a personalised written sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament and your values, and ongoing support (via calls or check-ins) to help you implement, adjust and gain confidence as things progress.
Yes. Frequent short wakings can be exhausting and often indicate underlying sleep transitions or associations. Together we’ll explore what’s happening—for example bedtime routine, environment, transitions—and craft strategies that help your toddler settle back to sleep more smoothly and lengthen uninterrupted sleep.
Absolutely. My methods are rooted in child-developmental understanding, gentle sleep science and respectful parenting. Your child’s wellbeing, your values, and your family’s rhythm come first—always. The aim is lasting change, not a quick fix you’ll feel guilty about later.
The first step is a free clarity call where we discuss your current sleep landscape, your goals and whether we’re a good fit. If yes, we move into intake, choose the right package, craft your tailored sleep plan and begin moving toward calmer nights—and rejuvenated mornings—for your whole family.
